Recording into Logic with the O1V96

I want to multi-track record at least 12 simultaneous tracks into Logic Pro 8 through the Yamaha O1V96. I am able to get Logic to communicate with the O1V96 but Logic will not allow me to select the O1V96 as a core audio device. What do I need or need to do in order to make this happen? I currently have it hooked up via USB. Thanks

LOGIC - WAVE L3 ultramaximizer and sample rate conversion and correct audio workflow

Hi, i have recorded a 24 tracks concert with an Alesis HD24 at 48 khz and 24 bit, i imported it in logic and mixed it, now, I am going to bounce on 2 tracks, to go to a mastering session.
so what is THE correct work flow, bouncing and sample rate conversion with logic and l3 at the end as last plug in?

Logic Piano Roll question - How to have 2 different tempos in the same song?

Hey guys, I'm sequencing drums on Logic's Piano Roll...

One of my songs is divided in 2 different tempos. when it gets to the chorus, it changes to triplets, in a different tempo. I browsed this forum, took a look on my owner's manual, but still can't find an answer.

So, how to make these tempo changes, and how to have triplets?

How to loop a file with constant sound in Pro Tools or Logic

My partner and I have been working feverishly in the studio in attempt to make a few horn sounds loop properly. However, we have been unable to successfully create one thus far. A rule of thumb is to loop at a point of minimal noise/sound for a smooth transition.
