Hello all. I just got done recording drum parts for some friends of mine and i want to edit the drums such as quantize, flex, and replace them. For some reason only certain takes well let me quantize them and others wont. The takes with a number of a take will let me example kick#119. Then the takes that say compO will not show up in the quantize area.

I have a file that has 8 channels of audio recorded into it. How do I bring this into Logic and get Logic to recognize it. I have imported the file but it looks like I am only getting two channels. Basically, at the end of the day, I want to put each channel onto a separate track.

I run Pro Tools 8 on a G5 Mac (leopard 10.5.8) basically for tracking, editing and other low cpu demanding stuff.
Recording through an Apogee MiniMe going to the Digi Interface via SPDIF.

I'd like to use some outboard Pres etc on already recorded tracks.
So. I need better D/A conversion than what my 002R or Mbox Pro 2 offer.

Hello, ive been using logic for quite some time now and recently got a Digidesign 002 RACK and much prefer to use it on Logic rather than Pro Tools (nothing against it tho). But i cannot seem to make Logic recognize the rack at all. i downloaded the driver (digi core audio manager) but it doesnt recognize the hardware.

I just recently got into making beats. I have Logic platinum 5.5, and a concertmate 990, is that an okay MIDI controller to use with logic 5.5? And do i only need to plugin to my computer using a MIDI cable or do i need other stuff such as an audio interface?

I am thinking of buying an electronic drum kit, and to go with it a copy of BFD2. Does BFD2 work well with Logic, and how does it integrate? Thanks for your time.

Hey all, since I uninstalled Automap from my computer by dragging it from the applications folder to the trash, I cannot start Logic without it crashing (Pro 9 if it makes any difference). I did some looking around and it turns out I should have done a few things in Automap before deleting it, but I have since replaced it and done those things etc, all to no avail.

My m-powered Pro Tools has 12db before clipping on the faders, i know the HD version has like 20db or so. What does logic have?

I'm abel to turn on the program however i'm not abel to go into my library without it crashing on me,i've check the file and the sample instruments are there however they are not being activated so that is where I'm stuck at,will you help me out so that i can get back to regular programming,thank you
