Noisy Power!

I've had noisy power in my home studio. It hasn't been much of a noticeable problem with my recording equipment but I hear the noise in my guitar amps and monitor speakers. I purchased a Furman power conditioner and that doesn't help. Could it be a ground issue? If so, what can I do about it? Thanks in advance for your help!

Background noise?

Hi, I'm kind of new to this. I am recording audio and getting a constant sort of noise. I've included a sample where the noise has been recorded by itself.

I'm currently running a setup where the audio comes from a wireless Shure microphone receiver, to a live mixing console. A Presonus StudioLive 32.4.2AI mixing console. The console is used for live sound mixing.

Whenever I record the guitar, I get this super high pitch hissing noise that I can get rid of with a noise gate fx when the guitar isn't being played (very beginning of the clip) But as soon as he starts playing, the noise gate isn't effective any longer. You have to turn the volume up louder to hear it clearly.

Long story short, I keep hearing sh*t in my house, it sounds like people talking and I hear running around etc. We have cameras in our house, but they keep magically looking very grainy, I used voice amplifier but magically again...when I suspect anything..it sounds like my ear is blown off when listening...so I recorded our cameras from my phone on certain nights.
