I'm using fireface 800 with Samplitude v9 on a vista home premium os laptop. I can't get channels 1 & 2 to route. Channel one (set to front and back) works with the instrument input but not the TRS. I'm guessing it's an easy fix but don't have a clue what to do. Any help is appreciated. Also a URL for a good OS optimization webpage would be cool. Thanks.

Hi,

This is my first post here, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I have a problem that I hope you guys can help with. I have a number of Behringer Ultra-DI. For some reason these DI's no longer work with phantom power but when a 9 volt battery is inserted it is fine. I assume that the phantom power section of it is blown.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question

I'm experiencing a lot of lag problems using Cubase

I have a AMD 64 4000+ 2.41Ghz
With 2GB of Corsair XMS RAM
I'm running a Firestudio Project

I turned up the Firecontrol buffer to 1024samples
and I'm still getting a lot of lag, I'm assuming that it is a VST

I am using Pianoteq on a PC, hooked up via a TC Electronic Konnekt 24D to a Roland A-80 MID controller keyboard.

I have two damper pedals that support half-pedaling: a Yamaha FC3 and a Roland DP-10. Neither of them is working properly with my system.

I'm trying to complete a project i started a few years back in a friends home studio. cake walk was the program. the band broke up. the files were converted to wav and sent to me marked 48 khz 24 bit. I went to a pro tools studio to get started again and the tracks are sped up.
