Classical Reverb Enhancement
This topic is not for the purist. I am wondering which reverb units or plugins users here find useful for enhancement of classical recordings?
I own a TC PowerCore PCI card and have used the classic reverb for sometime. It works fairly well, but sometimes I just cannot find a setting that is satisfying. So this is the reason for my question.

Hardware Reverbs?
I've got some old outboard gear. Nothing high-endjust some delays, multi effect boxes and a couple old Quadraverbs. For most of the stuff I do, they do the trick. But for "cleaner" recordings, they sound like what they are, average pieces of gear.

Inexpensive hardware reverb needed
I need a cheap (<$200) hardware reverb for live acoustic guitar and voice. I just bought an Alesis Nanoverb for $50. Turned out to be WAY too cheap. Sounds not much better than the Radio Shack reverb I had in 1983.
How about the cheap Lexicon models? Sound OK? I'm not too demanding; I just need a decent Hall or Plate that doesn't sound like a tin can, man.
Thanks,

(Convolution) Converting audio reverb files to .SIR?
whats up all?
The newest thing is convolution reverbs. I have the Waves IR-1. I have some more reverb files in .wav, they say u have to convert them to .sir for your reverb plugin to open em.
How do you do that?
Peace.

Different Reverbs
Hi,
I am about to mix some songs I just recorded, and I was wondering what you guys use when it comes to reverb. Do you use a bunch of different reverbs for specific instruments, like one reverb for guitars, one reverb for vocals, one reverb for strings, etc; or do you use one reverb for everything?

Reverb and Heavy Music
Let me preface this post by saying that I realize that mixing is entirely subjective. However, I need a place to start and I figured no better place to ask than recording.org.
That being said let me move to the question.
Is reverb often placed on every element of a song to provide a sense of depth/space?

Reverb Plugin suggestions
Are there any killer plugin reverbs out there?
Im running Pro Tools LE 6.4 and already have D -Verb, Real Verb(waves) and Ren. Verb(waves) but to my ears they're not that great.

Timeworks Reverb-X & 4080L Plugins
Hey all, just wondering if anyone has used these and if so, how did you like them? How are they as far as sound quality and CPU usage? Do they comepare to Waves RVerb and TruVerb?
Peace
