Hello, I am going to be recording an album in early 2007. I will be having it mastered when it's completed.

I was wondering if any MEs on here would be interested in mastering an old (poorly) recorded cover song I did a few years ago. I know that the recording itself isn't very good at all, but I am just interested in how good a ME can make this song sound.

:oops: ...Cheeky me. ...Anybody know of some good Rhodes single note samples freely downloadable ? I have a set but for some reason they are cut off sharply at the end of each sample.

Hi David. Bingo ! I'm loading my double bass samples and it's working.
Importantly though, when all chromatic notes are not supplied I guess I just load the previous note into the next chromatic note / key and tune it up (or down ) a semitone ? I only have a set that goes Ab A Bb B C then
it jumps to D . Leaves out the Dd.

Well I followed your instructions, but I may be doing something wrong.

I have some good piano note samples eg : notes A to G two octaves.
When I load each note into Kontact 1 as a new instrument, all the notes play together. ie : I load C as a new instrument and then C# as a new instrument. I play the note for C but both C and C# play together.
How can I get Kontact 1 to play each note individually ?

I wanted to know what program i can get to put those samples in and make songs. I tried drumsite out but it's kind of weird and laggy. I love how you use it buuuuuut every time I want to hear a part of the song i have to hear it from the start.
Anyone know of something similar to drumsite?

i have a hard time, being a musician first, and an amatuer audio engineer (if thats the correct term) with using drum LOOPS.

As you can understand I want atmospheric - a little ambiantic sound samples. If you know Porcupine Tree - Steven Wilson you would get what I want anyway I will try to explain what I need.
