The Stylophone was a small novelty electronic instrument created in the UK by Brian Jarvis's Dubreq Company (originally a film production and recording studio specializing in dubbing and recording based in Leeds – the umlaut was added to give the impression of Germanic quality) between 1967 and 1975

In my limited experience with the newer models, the line out is incredibly noisy, the thing is a pain to play, requires proper tuning and the speaker adds additional noise to the output if you put your hand over it.
