I just purchased the TC helicon voice live rack for my recording studio. Does anybody know how to set the harmony to fit my song key please. I am having problems finding this.

Ok so i've had the same issue with 2 separate units now. When making a patch, I set the key of the song in "hardtune" and no matter how many times I store the preset, as soon as I scroll to another preset and go back to the one I had just saved, the key as been reset to C. So obviously this unit is completely sabotaging it's own purpose and driving me insane at the same time.

I've been looking at this TC Helicon Voicelive Rack and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it?
I know there was another thread where the TC Helicon Livewire 3 and Izotope Nectar 2 were discussed, but was hoping to get anyone's thoughts or feedback on this particular rack mount version of the Voicelive.
