tempo change software
Hi.. I'm after software that allows you to change tempo of the song or track without changing the pitch... it is commonly used in techno remixes.
cheers,
Spiro

Freeform Tempo Envelope?
Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there exists a DAW or other software that includes allows the user to alter the TEMPO ENVELOPE of a clip of audio and/or midi in a flexible, freeform manner (in the same way many programs allow the user to alter the VOLUME ENVELOPE - pulling a pushing a line representing the dynamic level, giving the dynamics a freeform shape)?

vocal track tempo changing when recorded?
I have just purchased a new PC with an Audigy 24-Bit soundcard. I am recording vocals thru a pre-amp to my soundcard while wearing the headphones and playing a beat thru Acid. But when I play the Acid tracks back the tempo of the vocals is mildly faster than that of the beat.

Tempo Change in Protools?
Hi,
Is there something in Pro Tools that allows me to change the tempo of a song without affecting the notes? Example: band records perhaps, 5 beats a minute too fast and would like to slow down the song a bit. Is there something in Pro Tools that allows me to change the tempo while still keeping the same notes?
Thanks,
Chris

Matching tempo to audio/midi
I am using Cubase SE and I would like to know how to match the tempo of my project to one of my audio tracks. It sounds like there is a 'timewarp' function that will do this in Cubase SX, but is there any way of doing this in SE? In short, I would like to make 1 bar = the length of one of my audio objects without altering the audio object.

Identify beat/tempo of samples
Hello,
A friend of mine gave me his sample library (about 30GB) and they are mostly good samples, The problem is it is a mess because of the way they are titled.
I need to give the neew names so that I can easly find the right sample from time to time.
Samples are not only drums but also bass, keys, pads, GTR, etc.

Tempo Dependant Delays ?
K, I know there's the whole trail and error method(which sucks). I also know there is a formula for tempo dependant delays. I've used it once before, but someone else just rambled me the formula, I punched it in and didn't really have all that much time to take note of it.
