SM 59 Trouble Shooting

I have two of these really cool looking mics but they both have the same problem. They both are very very sensitive to movement and won't work right unless held upside down. it sounds like they have loose parts that fell off inside the capsule. I get signal but its chaotically noisy unless held at a certain angle. Can I buy capsules for them?

Sound trouble VST

Hi guys,
I am having some trouble lately with my sound, especially in the VST area.
My midi sounds from my Alesis D4 and from my Roland JV playback fine, but my VST's have a crackling noise in the playback. I can't figure out where the problem comes from, do you have any idea?
My setup is a
AMD Athlon X2, 2.8Ghz, 2 GB RAM, Windows XP Pro SP3
Cubase SX3

Having trouble with low ceilings and vocals.

I moved my entire studio into a bedroom that has really low wood ceilings (7-8 feet). My vocals and acoustic guitars seem to have a lot of bass. I'm using a RODE ntk. Do you think I should move it to an area where there is vaulted ceilings? The room its in now is probably the quite room in the house. Would using an eq fix the problem?

Digi 003 Having trouble making connections / setting levels

Hello.

I'm Daniel. I'm new here.

I'm recording a synth using the Digi 003.

Everyone tells me it's best to mic an amp for this, but that won't work for me because A) theres too much noise in my house, and B) the only amp I own is a cheapo Behringer bass amp.

So I have to go direct into the Digi 003.
