It´s a pretty aggressive compressor. Get me right, pianos sound GREAT through it...but...it´s not a sound that a classical pianist would appreciate. For clean recordings I would go for something else but when you need a bit of bite (or a lot !) it´s a great comp.

aggressive? i've only used the original (ssl) one, but thats a fairly invisible compressor i think..on a mix anyway..the c2 is the ssl clone right?
