OK! I've had it up to here with your ANUS!
I run a dell demension 8100, 1.3 ghz, 512mb with xp pro, us-428 etc. I've had it since it WAS the baddass on the block, But I hear so much about your ANUS's, it makes me wonder if I need a new ANUS...
Is there a good benchmark we without an ANUS could use to see how good you've got it?

Ok..benchmarking eh? Hmm..well, I can tell you I can do 16 tracks of 24/96 in one pass on an internal IDE drive with buffer settings of 256...then after that pass I can do another 16 tracks of 24/96 still on 256 buffer settings...
As far as regular performance I've gotten 46 tracks of 24/48 with about 20+ waves plugins and a smattering of Nuendo plug ins with no problems
