Just as a point of reference, if you already have dust in this device your goal wouldn't be to push it in even further would it?

uh ... spray contact cleaner is not going to do much for dust ...

I'd use something like a horse hair dusting brush. The one I have from my drafting classes many years ago works well.

once the sluts left I lost all interest..

I was more interested in whats under my faders lol...
I noticed today channel 4 is crackling...but NOT at the PFL stage...and since our mixer is never covered, I'm not surprised.
Gonna get some cleaner tomorrow hopefully.
