Everytime i push record i get a screen that randomly comes up and tells me my operating system held off interrupts for too long, and then it tells me to adjust the sample rate, and when i lower it or raise it, i still get the same message, and it interrupts my recording.

click that link, and in the search parameters, enter "interrupts" and start reading!!!
