well they just came out with a new version that works on tiger for LE systems as well. is it possible to get it if I'm running 6.4 and it says its for 6.9/ i once downloaded the EQ3 that was said to be for 6.9 but ran fine on 6.4!

EQIII wasn't tested on v6.4, that's why they said it was for v6.7 and later.
You need at least v6.7 installed to update to v6.9.2, so it looks like this is a paid upgrade for you.
