I have a question about RAM:
Is all RAM of the same type the same? Will one store's brand of a 512k stick of DDR 333 RAM be the same as anothers or are there other factors beyond the 333?

Most stores "should" tell you what Brand they are.
Never, I repeat NEVER buy cheap generic house brand. You get what you pay for!
