I have a RSM-1 Nady that, I thought, was a ribbon mic. I'm new at all this and I learned in audio class that a ribbon can be broken if you just sneeze on it too hard. Well, this mic has taken a beating in my studio/bedroom and it just keeps on going. Can someone explain this to me?
