Another HD-280 question!
Is there any difference between these headphones? Is the silver version the same, but sprayed with silver paint. The specs seem to be similar, but they are advertised as different headphones.

after my knowledge, they are exactly the same it's an sell policy, the silver ones i think came up to gain the DJ market and jump into the sony mdr 700 (i think that's the name the silver standard DJ cans with swivel heads) niche, to atract DJs buying them, 'ya know they look cool... on stage 8)
however for the money, great rugged workhorse cans.
