I have programed macro 1 to renumber locates, macro 2 to set me up for tdif transfers not locked to code and macro 3 for transfers locked to code and 4 to return to internal sync.

If I'm cleaning tracks to loose crosstalk I store the sequence - erase tracks, track numbers and enter- to one of the macrokeys.

Then you go through the song in jog mode , you only have to set the in and out markers, press this macrokey and move on....

Here is another cool one: make a macro of emptying your tracklist, this can be very useful when you made a downmix from 22>2tracks copied to a V-2 version ,or make a macro of your standard tracklist.
