Hi there,
first of all.. this is a great site.
I'm a live-sound engineer and do a lot of live recordings as well.
I recently got an old Reverb from a friend of mine for low cost.
An old Ursa Major, which sounds great to me. Very limited in setting up the parameters but up to 6.4 sec of Decay-time in a very good quality.
I hardly find any information about the Ursa.
Is there anyone who has experienced this model and can tell me how he likes it ? Is it true that it is somehow related to the "Quantec" Products ?

Congratulations on getting a bargain; you probably know that (at least in the US) the Ursa Major products can be a bit expensive.
They were made by folks who left Lexicon, according to what I've heard.
Also, an original engineer has just decided to do a limited re-release in a very slimmed down console-top version, with the promise of the same vintage tone (despite using modern parts....?)
