good question, since that forum was basically all about recording guitar and bass, and largely discussed already in the Recording Forum, its been done away with, and those topics have been merged into the Recording Forum. The forums have been stream lined.

Nothing has been erased, only merged. If you are looking for a particular thread it should be easily found by using the search function.
