I'm really considering getting an SSL DUENDE, which connects via firewire. I currently use a DIGI001 for recording (PCI card connectivity) an external firewire hard drive for my audio files. I'm getting a new PC soon, probably an Intel Dual 2.1Ghz or so, and with this new system I'll be using the DIGI002R I just bought (also firewire).
My question is, is it going to be a problem recording and mixing with 3 external firewire devices running at the same time? Anyone have experience with a similar setup?
