How about a huge one like the piano in the movie "Big", except you play it with a laser pointer?

I used a stylophone on one of my recordings (which isn't yet complete so I can't let you hear it :wink: ), which I layered up with harmonies so it sounded like some kind of bizzare electronic brass section. It's perfect for the song, although I haven't been able to put it to use anywhere else!

The most annoying thing I found was the "click" when you slide between notes. I eventually managed to get rid of most of it with EQ and Multiband Compression though.

That's true...

When I was messing around with mine, I found the line out to be really noisy.
A noise gate with a slow attack tends to remove the leading click a little, but it's not much use changing between notes I guess.
