You could also check out Acoustica Mixcraft 4 It's really easy

You could also check out Acoustica Mixcraft 4
It's really easy to use the user interface is similar to GarageBand and it's fairly cheap but also really good for the price

+1 Next best thing to "Garageband for windows". Garageband is pretty awesome, I must say.
