I've just recieved a book that microphone fanatics might be interesed in:
the "Microphone Data 2001" book from Rycote.
It is 952 pages! of current production mics.
Kind of like having every manufacturer's cut sheets in one place. It was compiled using data prodived by mfg's, so the content varies. But at least it is fun in it's overwhelmingness. .
They're going to do another one, so we can can all send them the info on the mics they missed, like Braunner & vintage mics...
