Here's a suggestion: Take that copy of Cubase, roll it up into a nice ball, put it in your pipe and smoke it. That's what people do with crack.

In all seriousness...err...SX3 doesn't offer 'line in' recording - that feature will be added to Cubase 4 along with (possibly) a line-up and line item veto option as well...
