57 on snare, 58 inside the kick, and the MXL over the middle of the kit for OH's...

or try this............I dont know how it'll work with the 57 and 58 (I usually had at least a pair of 87's or tlm 170's at my disposal) but it might be a good experiment if you have the time.

put the 57 in front of the kick about 5" to 60". This distance may change but the idea is to get the front of the kit .

put the mxl about 2 sticks (about a meter) above the snare, either over the shoulder of the drummer pointed at the snare and hat, or directly above the snare and hat. Check it in mono as to check balances btwn the snr, hat, toms, and cymbals.

and finally place the 58 at the same height as the floor tom pointed at the snare about the same distance as the mxl is from the snare

I have done this technique a couple of times. Works well if you have a drummer who know how to balance himself within the drum kit. To read more on this 3 mic technique go to this link where Fletch at Mercenary wrote an article:

If you have time on your hands to expeirament with different sounds then place mics were you think they should go...
its good to have other peoples advice on where they think they should go but everyones ears are different... so thebest place to put your mics while micing drums is differetn to every ear... so try some of the set up people say are good but make sure to try some of your ways tooo..
