I'm still trying to figure this one out. Only the giga files do this. SF2, wave, akai...all OK. But the giga versions of anything I've grabbed online (NSKIT and other freebees) all play and then echo into infinity.

I hate to state what may appear to be obvious, but it sounds like an error in the conversion process. Is there an option to "create looped samples" or something like that in Halion? What you're describing sounds like an incorrect sample loop setting.
