YAMAHA ACQUIRES STEINBERG MEDIA
"Yamaha Corporation has reached a basic agreement to acquire 100 percent of the common stock of Steinberg Media Technologies"
Are Cubase and Nuendo going to receive the benefit of Yamaha hardware in an all in one control surface and converter package bundled with Cubase and Nuendo software to provide a viable alternative to Pro Tools?

Although, I have to say that I was UNDER-whelmed by what Yamaha did for their DSP Factory cards - I have one, and without someone ELSE's software it's worth about $5 - hopefully they've decided that a complete solution is a better way to go... Steve
