What are the main differences with sx?
Is it possible to run it on win98se?

There are some minor differences between the SE and the SX versions.
The SE only allows you 48 tracks of audio(which is a lot to begin with), 16 VST instruments, unlimited MIDI tracks.
It's a scaled down version basically and isn't much different in performance and sound quality than the full version.
So if you feel you are going to go over 48 tracks then get the full version...or you can update to the full version at any time you want through Steinberg.
No, it unfortunately is for Win2k or Xp these days..upgrade to one of those...you won't regret it.
