Hi,
I have Cubase sx3 with native instruments and ez drummer that show as vst instruments in the Devices menu, I also have Guitar rig that i use as an insert for guitar.
My problem is that off and on my Vst pluginsdo not show up at all and I do not know how to get them in, they usually just load up in the program start.
Sorry about the stupid question any answers or help would be amazing thanks!

Under devices>Plug-in Information you can select the "VST Plug-i
Under devices>Plug-in Information you can select the "VST Plug-ins" tab. Here you can add/update the folders that the software looks in for plug-ins.
If your plug-ins are in different directories, then select the "Add" button and drill down until you locate a folder that has plug-ins. This allows the software to look in several folders to keep up with things.
