Aside from the pun, I'll get to the point. I had a successful (2 years plus) install of two Echo Darla cards on a P4 2.4c Asus P4p800 machine, giving me 16 outs to a little Allen and Heath GS1. I recently had a static charge which shut down the whole thing (not even a POST beep). After sending it off to a tech, everything was restored. Now, while Sonar sees both cards and gives me options for 16 outputs, I only get audio from one card.
To be specific, even when I switch in Sonar to an out on the second card (let's say B 1&2), the audio somehow still comes out on first card (A 1&2) then goes to the mixer. I've confirmed this in the Echo console.
How to fix this? Anybody have a guess? Thanks in advance for any help.

1. When you turn off the machine, switch the cards(Shouldn't have to "do" anything else, just switch the cards, physically) and fire-up again, what happens?
2. A little late, but, for the future(?) do you have a good UPS?
