Just curious what service you all use to receive tracks from your clients. I want something which makes it as simple for clients to send me their music for mastering on my site as opposed to telling them to go to Mega Upload or something like that and sending me the link. Got to be a better way so yep interested to hear your responses thanks.

You're probably going to eventually find a lot of potential clients that don't look brightly upon public upload services... I'd highly suggest some sort of private php solution or (probably the easiest for all involved) a Mac Mini running Rumpus. That way you have everything on a local machine, web interface, webDAV, FTP, "drop-ship" transfers, etc.
I had one label (some years back when I simply opened FTP sessions) actually turn away because I didn't have some sort of solution in place. Don't wait until you've lost potential work before you get something up.

second this,
nothing better then wetransfer,
sendspace are full of adverts, you are actually bombarded with it!
megaupload - same, cluttered with 'buy this/try this', where wetransfer is super clean and you can upload up to 2 Gb for free
fully recommended

WeTransfer is always the best bet - gives a better image off than YouSendIt. We also use the SoundCloud drop box - easy to use and allows you easy correspondence with the customer.
Cheers.

Sorry, I don't get your meaning here. Are you implying that one service preserves the file integrity and the other doesn't? Highly unlikely, please substantiate your implication with either reference material, links, fact!

Yes. The trick to keeping things private is to avoid using DropBox's public folder. Instead, create folders for each of your clients, then share each client's folder with them. This creates private places for you and your client to put things and share them. Yes, the client has to install DropBox and create an account. But that beats educating users about FTP.
