Has anyone looked into this? Plugin Alliance is a company that wants to free you from your dongle. Many plugins are starting to come out dongle free. Spl, Waves and BX are all starting to pop up without iLok authorizations.

Anyway, recently they sent out an email with a mix tutorial. All of the audio files were available for download as well as all of the plugin presets. Of course these were in the form of a Pro Tools session file. Entirely useless to me because I don't own most of the plugins so, the session kept popping up with missing plugin /file errors. Still, the audio files was a great opportunity to hone my mixing chops. I can't post a link to the files for obvious reasons but I think it might be a thing to look out for from PA. I hope they keep doing this kind of stuff.
