Or this:

1) Midi Key ->PC <-> Mobilepre<->Board <->Compressor (Through board's channel inserts)

2) Mic can go into mobilepre (w/ no comp) OR Board (preferably so that you can access the comp while tracking w/ the mic through the channel inserts).

3) Connect one synth midi in to PC midi. On the unit that gets the direct signal from the PC midi out, connect its midi THRU to the second unit's midi in. That will pass the midi through the first to the second unit (I don't know how many midi outs your PC has...so this is the format for just ONE PC midi out--if you have 2 PC midi outs--connect both to the midi ins of the synth units). Audio outs on both synths go to the Board so that they can go into the mobilepre and be converted to digital for recording into the computer.
