I had been wondering if it was possible to record yourself humming a melody and then have than converted into an instrument. It turns out this is possible with "audio to midi converstion"
The thing is I can't just buy this software because I don't have any recording equipment yet. This would determine if I purchased recording equipment.
So what I am wondering if anyone has any experiance with audio to midi, or just humming/whistle a melody into a microphone and then converting that?
