I really loved this. Too bad it's a cover. Your fake playing almost looked like you were really playing in perfect synchronization and knew what you were doing. Sure did fool me. And to think you did this with a single camera. Nice filmic production. Did you learn this from Ethan Weiner? Using Vegas or FCP? I just wonder why you didn't show yourself singing like a girl? What's the matter? Too macho? I think it would have been cute? So? 24 P? Or 30i?

This only took 10 minutes to produce, right?

I chose a popular song - Lady Gaga - so a more modern audience could enjoy it. The playing wasn't fake. I had two cameras, one above the set and one in front that recorded the video as I was recording the drums, so the take you see is the actual single take for the drum track in the song. Same with the guitar and bass.

There is a camera behind the drumset which is dubbed and I played after I recorded, just playing to the music. As well as the close-up of the guitar is also dubbed. Everything else is real though :)

I did enjoy Ethan Weiner's video though. Program I used was Adobe Premiere Pro. End result ended up being 23.9 fps although the original footage was shot with 30. Something with youtube doesn't like 30fps. 1080p downgraded to 720 - mostly for file size and same quality for small youtube video.

Thanks for the interest!
