I know it's important to have good cables.
I use Monster and Belden cables for all analog signal.
And I bought the Apogee digital cable to connect my Apogee Rosetta 200 to Digi 001.
Should I found any improvement?

Should you find any improvement over what? What was the cable that was in the chain?
Unless the cable that was in the chain was:
1- Of improper resistance
2 - Improperly terminated
3 - Incapable of high-bandwidth
Then any improvement should be negligible at best.
However, if you were using a standard 75 ohm video cable as your coax digital, then yes, you probably will notice a significant difference.

if i understand your question ... you're asking if the digital cable should have improved the rosetta??? or the 001??? if possible what you want to do is make the rosetta the master clock and the 001 should be able to clock to the rosetta through the digital cable... i'm assuming it's a spdif connect... the you will probably get some overall improvement... assuming the rest of the system/room is able to expose the difference...
