Hi, I'm looking for a firewire interface to work with Live, Reason and Cubase (and soundforge, acid...) for live performances with my MIDI controller/synth microKorg and to play dj sets with traktor.
Furthermore I would like to record my acoustic band and make some commercial tracks.
After a research I'm interested on M-Audio Firewire 410 and the PreSonus Firebox.
The m-audio is a big company (now purchased by digi) and PreSonus is a little one, but has a great opinions and reviews.
That is some diferences eighter about the amount of i/o. Firebox has 4 analog ins x 2 m-audio.
Some people said that's the PreSonus mic preamp is greater, and driver more reliable...
Somebody owned one? Experiences about this?
