No problem with impedance. Run them into line directly. If the DI sounds better, you may elect to use that instead.

also what i very often want to do is take a split of the guitar signal, DI one clean signal straight to the DAW and the other to the DAW via the guitarists FX processor. that gives me a track to play with if i end up not liking the guitarist's processors tone (which i never do). Also saves the hassel of him having to play everything twice.... what s the best way of doing this ?
