Sounds like the first thing you need to do is spend some quality time with the manual. This is pretty fundamental stuff.

No offense, but i didn't ask that, i asked how to render a track, i don't read manuals, they don't tell you shit, either you could of helped me or not, don't suggest that i do something that i know that i have an option to do..
