...That nobody has mentioned so far the availability of V3.5 released (at no extra cost) yesterday for R.ed, SSHDR1 and Mixtreme with new E.Q, new x-fade tool (R.ed only) plus Pro Tools import/export capability?

It's truly a great (and free) upgrade.
The EQ is great, crossfade is fun and the PT import/export is very handy for me since I'm surrounded by these systems...
Not to mention the new I/O interface (I/O 896), the facelift of the R.Ed/32 that is now called Soundscape 32 and the hardware controller for the Mixtreme-card.
Mackie is really not wasting time with improvments and additions to the Soundscape family.
