The standard for the era.

Fender Rhodes (as mentioned above).
Wurlitzer piano's(Misty Mountain Hop) I would think.
Acoustic pianos?
Hammond Organs into Leslie cabinets.
Mellotron and Chamberlin's (flute on "Stairway to Heaven"
and strings on "Kashmir")

Probably some Moog and ARP synths (especially on 'In Through the Outdoor' album), etc.

No Quarter was a Fender Rhodes 88 Stage through a 122 Leslie.

All My Love was a PolyMoog and a MiniMoog.

Four Stix was a MiniMoog.

Rain Song was a Mellotron.

Various Hammonds were used on the earlier albums, L's and M's and of course B-3's and C-3's.

I would really have to dig to give you more specifics on a song by song basis.

Many of the Leslies of the 70's and 80's were modified in one way or another to the taste of the player. I used a 147 and bypassed the amp for the speaker and used a HiWatt 100 guitar amp. I replaced the speaker with a JBL and used an Altec driver for the horn. My techie later on added a piezo to the horn as well. I still used the amp for the horn, however.
