I know this may sound silly to some of you but I just want to know this before I go out and buy it.
Can I send audio from my sequencer(sx3) to the MOTU 2408mk 3 unit and route it back to audio inputs
in Cubase so I can record stuff straight onto audio tracks with just the 2408 unit and the
pci 424 card without having to buy anything else?.Is this system capable of doing
this?.Thats one of the main things id be using it for.I run a mac g5 if thats any help.

Oh it was just something I was wondering about.Its just so I wouldnt have to start rendering stuff and just record it back to an audio track in cubase.I like to record everything to audio instead of leaving all my vst's etc running live.Obviously id be using it to record some external stuff aswell otherwise I wouldnt buy it just fot the sake of doing that .Thanx anyway
