Hey there everybody. I have a MOTU HD192 and I am just setting it up and I get the meters to jump when I talk into a mic to test everything but I hear no sound through my computer speakers. The CueMix monitoring software shows a good level but my computer speakers make no sound. I purchased SOnar 3.0 Producer but haven't received it in the mail yet.
Here is my question - WIll the MOTU HD192 not send any audio to the audio card without a driver compatable software platform or is there something else I'm missing here? Thanks.

Go to Control Panel > System> Hardware (tab)> Device Manager >
Go to Control Panel > System> Hardware (tab)> Device Manager > Sound video and game controllers.
Find something called (it might be called this) Multimedia Audio Controller, double click it and at the bottom in the 'Device Usage' box, use the drop down menu to disable it. Should say 'Do not use this device (disable)'. Click OK and it should be sweet.
Using the 'Driver' Tab in the above Multimedia Audio Controller you can also uninstall the driver for this device.
You might want to look at connecting your speakers directly to the outputs of the MOTU box also (if you haven't already).
