Please, can someone help me with any piece of gear that can summ the low end. I need to be able to select the frequencies, say 120hz down and be able to put those freq's in mono. This piece of gear needs to be of high quality. I'm having problems with this going to vinyl.

The vinyl cutter should have an eliptical eq to mono the low end. If the low end is really out of phase, this should work, otherwise a recall might be in order.
