I'm In Need Of Assistance. I'm Trying To Receive Sound Recording Incentives With Louisiana Entertainment. They've Asked For:

"A Statement that the Project Meets the Definition of a State-Certified Production."

And

"A Statement that the applicant(s) has no liability to the State of Louisiana and has never claimed bankruptcy."

I'm Not Really Understanding What They Mean About This, if Anyone Can Help Me With This Or Better Understand This, It Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
