Cubase SX vs Samplitude Producer 6.0

Which one do you like and why? I know Cubase SX has much better midi options (but i'm not sure how often i'd use them...) and Samplitude Producer 6 comes included with the Fireface 800 (the audio interface i'll be using)...so basically my question is this...when I'm going to have Samplitude Producer 6.0 in my rig no matter what...is Cubase SX worth the extra cash?
