Alright, so as i've mentioned before i'm a newb to all the recording aspects of music, and i just got my Focusrite Red 7 preamp, and my Digi 003.
and i've got my iMac, and my mics. Now i'm wondering how to hook it all up, and wondering how i'm going to get my 9 drum mics hooked up to the 003 interface to record them, whats the best way to route all of it. and dont be afraid to be precise with you directions, and i got unlimited budget for cabling, or mixers, or racks, so please just fill me in to get what i got working

Unless you have more mic pres, you won't be able to us all of your 9 drum mics at once.
Your 003 can only handle 4 internally, 4 via external pres (by connecting the line out of your Focusrite to the line in on the 003), and by the ADAT in on the 003. You could use the S/PDIF input, as well.
That is assuming, of course, you do not have that 003 Rack + that has 8 mic pres.
I'd suggest consulting the 003 Getting Started Guide. All the info you need is in there.
