Does anyone have one? Thoughts on it? Is it worth it?
Thanks!

If the quality of the processors are anywhere close to that of the waves ssl bundle I'd say go for it. Great processors AND dsp both with the ssl name. I don't think you could go wrong. Do I think that it would be a miracle cure for the common mix?...probably not, but I do think It would be a valuable tool. I do have the waves SSL bundle and I love it. It looks like the plug ins are similar, so I'd say that it's a killer product.

If you were looking for the sound, then obviously the Waves bundle would be the way to go. But if you truly want to get the load off as well, then I say go for it. The other thing to possibly think about is this 2-space rack piece called a Receptor (http://www.plugorama.com). I have heard just as many great things about that as any SSL console simulator. A small step up in price, but with the Receptor you can use plugins other than those associated with SSL.
